Cristie Dyer-Will
The
middle child of five children and the only girl, Cristie was born in
Hobbs, New Mexico. Cristie Dyer-Will and her husband, Rich, now reside
in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Being an Entrepreneur Cristie decided to delve into writing and chose the pen name, TJ Stokes, for her fiction novels.
Her
journey to success began after high school graduation. Cristie attended
New Mexico Junior college for a couple of years and years later graduated from Rochville University. She worked in various accounting jobs in the family’s oil field operations business.
Cristie
married and had a daughter, Lauren and a son, Josh. After seven years of being
married, she and her husband divorced. Cristie remained working for the family business until 1996 when the family business was sold and this was her biggest challenge yet. With this dramatic change in her life she decided to move the
family to Fort Collins, Colorado. She found a accounting position
with a construction company in Loveland, Colorado.
Cristie
is now in a new town with few acquaintances and her only family contact was
a brother in college; so, she entered the Internet dating arena. After
several blunders, she met her future husband. Three years later Rich
and Cristie were married in dream come true ceremony surrounded by
family and friends to celebrate their happiness.
The
construction business turned soft; Cristie’s hours were cut from full
time to one day per week. Ambitious and creative by nature, Cristie
searched for the ideal at home income, which would also allow her to
travel occasionally with her husband. These events spawned the birth of
11.11.11. This novel is in print, a sequel is in progress and another dynamite thriller, Mark My Words, This Will Happen Again, and is under contract with Publish America.
When
you are the only girl with four brothers as siblings, rivalries and the
innate need to be successful adds to Cristie’s drive to be the best.
Not one to rest while her other projects are in motion, Cristie
launched a series of fourteen cookbooks, cooking tips and her own
unique blend of seasonings. Cristie put her chef’s experience to work.
